The KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS (K of C) is a Catholic Men’s Fraternal Organization established1882 by Blessed Fr. Michael J. McGivney for the benefit of Catholic families of the parish.

St. Clare of Assisi Council number 13253 was charted 17 December 2002. Our principles are Charity, Unity, Fraternity and Patriotism.

Our aim is to build fraternal friendships while supporting the needs of our priests, deacons and religious sisters of St. Clare’s, St. Mary’s and St. Patrick’s parishes, as well as the chapels at Beaver Creek and Vail.

Our charities include, but are not limited to: Special Olympics, 40 Days for Life, Gabriel House (Eagle), The Community Dinner and Food Bank (Eagle), Habitat for Humanity, The Community Market (Gypsum) and Coats for Kids.

The Knights annually sponsor two Lenten Fish Fry Dinners, Rummage Sale, annual Spaghetti Dinner with cake auction, and help with St. Mary’s Summer Feast Day celebration.

The Knights of Columbus has a chapter for the Catholic Parishes of the Valley that meets the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the St. Mary Church basement.

They are active in parish events as well as with the mission of the Knights of Columbus on a state and national basis.

If you are interested in strengthening our Catholic communities while building new friendships, we’d love to have you join us as fellow BROTHERS !
